Aquatic exports still declines in the third quarter of 2015 in Liaoning Province, China, but in a slower pace. According to China Customs statistics, in the first three quarters, total aquatic trade in the province reached 1.224 billion tons and valued US $ 3.038 billion, declining 2.5% and 3.2% respectively from the same period in 2014. Aquatic exports 0.533 million tons and valued US $ 1.934 billion, declining 0.8% and 3.3% respectively from the same period in 2014. However, the declining rate in the third quarter has slowed down. In Sept., exports reached 80k tons and US $ 0.317 billion, rising 37.9% and 28.9% respectively from Sept. 2014. Liaoning Province still tops all provinces in China in agriculture products exports, with the export value at US $ 3.443 billion, with aquatic exports counting 56.2% of the total. Within the same period, Liaoning imported 0.691 million tons of aquatic products, valuing at US $ 1.104 billion, declining 4.3% and 3% respectively from the same period in 2014.
