Dear Sir or Madam,

In 2016, Chinese shrimp production is falling but prices are rising. In the future, there are still many problems needed to solve for shrimp farming and deglobalisation would bring some uncertainties to shrimp international trade, but the increasing demand from Asia especially China places more and more impacts on international shrimp prices. So we cordially invite you to The 9th China International Shrimp Industry Development Forum, held in Zhanjiang city of Guangdong Province from April 19th to 20th.

 

China International Shrimp Industry Development Forum has experienced 8 years’ successfully development under the organization of CAPPMA. The forum got support from many international organizations and experts, such as, Thailand, Ecuador, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, EU and US.

 

The 9th China International Shrimp Industry Development Forum is organized by China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance (CAPPMA), in partnership with China Modern Shrimp–industry Technology Research System, China-ASEAN Center for Joint Research and Promotion of Marine Aquaculture Technology and Network of Aquaculture Centre in Asia- Pacific (NACA).

 

The Forum will discuss the new trends of global shrimp production & marketing and put forward to the new ideas of promoting the shrimp industry’s innovation and development. Its theme is “integrating global advantageous resources, promoting innovative development of shrimp industry”, focus on seed hatchery, Aquaculture Mode, Feed Nutrition and Trade & marketing.

 

The invited speakers are the senior specialists or representatives of leading companies from China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Philippines, Ecuador and so on. And Zhanjiang is called “Shrimp Capital of China” clustered with hundreds of shrimp processing plants and thousands of shrimp farmers. 200 representatives, in aquaculture, breeding, feed, processing, equipment and trading, will be attended.
